I'm trying to incorporate jogging in my exercise schedule, as I only do yoga every morning so far. However, after like five minutes I develop an intense pain in my lower left abdomen. It is so bad and gets worse if I continue. When I sit down I actually take three minutes to recover from the pain. It's really limiting any attempt at getting any good cardio from running.
