Depends on the guy. I've had plenty of chicks not call too.

Well here's the deal. Most guys have what they call the "3 day rule" they get a girls number and they will wait 3 or so days so they don't seem too desperate or eager, it's also called "playing it cool". There's another scenario which I have seen happen over and over and over and that is a guy gets a girls number just to boost his ego but never actually calls because he's either married or has a girlfriend already and is at least smart enough not to bite off more than he can chew by having more than 1 girl. Another possiblity which I have seen is that a guy will get a girls number but guys can be self conscious too, so he'll get a girls number and won't call because the guy will think, "Oh jeez, she is so beautiful or hot or whatever the guy thinks and she won't like me because I don't make enough money or because of this reason she won't like me or because my car is a piece of junk." and so on and so forth. Some guys do it just to mess with a girl because they find it amusing to be cruel just like some girls find it amusing to be cruel to guys...but the cruelty reason is not something I see too often but it depends on who you come in contact with. Those are the 3 major categories I have seen myself. Hope this helps you

Easy.. here are some possibilities...

1) He was never really into you, and just asked for the digits to end the conversation with you
2) He doesn't want to call too soon (There is a 3 day rule on this) to make it appear he is desperate.
3) He was drunk, and a friend later told him, "that chick you were talking to was ugly as hell"
4) He got put in jail for some crime
5) He is on vacation
6) He just isn't that into you.

After getting a girls digits, many men tend to chicken out. He is probably afraid to call you. Maybe he is afraid that you have forgotten about him , and he might think that he missed his chance. Maybe he is still formulating a conversation. Most men tend to do that. Maybe this person has a low self-esteem, so they think that you are too good for them. thake my advice, and lok for more men... theres other digits in the sea!
hope i could help

The guys who don't call soon are losers. If there is going to be a chase (which why does there necessarily have to be?) then the girl is the one who should be the one chased. Ever heard of chivalry? We all know women run the world anyways. :)

I think wht the guy thinks is your hot at the moment but then he doesnt think about you the second time...if a guy really cares he would call...in other cases the guy has something that came up but still intends on calling you.

Depends on how old a guy we're talking about. Could be he's taken a dare from his friends to ask. Or, he's testing to see if you're interested in him by giving him your number.

Sometimes I seriously think they just ask for our numbers to show off to their buddies to make themselves appear popular with the girls. The more numbers, the hotter they think they are.

Either he was just looking for another number notch or he's sitting there with the phone in his hand only confident enough to dial 6 of the 7 numbers.

Hes either too nervous to call, or he just asked to be nice and really doesnt plan to call at all, or he lost the number.

Sometimes guys will ask for the number just to see if we can get it.
It's like a challenge. Don't take it personally.
