I had a crush on this girl since 7th or 8th grade. Im a junior now and she kinda doesn't care, no matter how much I complimented her and all that. I just gave up on love, it puts me at peace knowing I didn't settle for someone besides her. Makes me feel like I didn't give into another woman.

You read stories about school age crushes that went unresolved until both parties lost their partners after many years of marriage and decide to look up each other up. They pick up where they left off. Makes a great romance story. It happens. I still hope.

crush is like attraction, but if that attraction lasts for long then that means it is love, no matter how hard you try to get attracted to someone else you will always have a thing for him.... so it is love.
