me and my man hardley do nothing, how can I get him to do more things with me??

Question

What I mean is he don't go out and party and that good but i do every blue moon. We do blockbuster night all the time I enjoy that also we go to the movie sometime but we have not been out to eat in a long time, we bring the food back to his place and eat.
I use to go skating but had slow down, try to get him to go but he want go with me, he more down to earth but don't really do to much. New year we watch movie and toast the year in went to bed, he had to go to work the next morning. we talk about going to some plays but never went. I'm glad he not out there in the street or in club but would like do more thing. You can do things without spending lot of money.. He not hurting for money and its not because he don't want to be seen with me, we be out together, when we go to the movie, store, getting something to eat so that not it.

try new things that you will both enjoy. that arent too pricey. Im goin thru the same thing right now. Some good ideas are movie nights. Dinner dates. Go out for coffee. Drive down to the coast and maybe get ice cream or have a few drinks on the beach. If u like games have a game nite. Go skating. Or bowling, that will get you out. Take a walk at a park or on a bike trail. Just see what works for you both, take risks, and be spontaneous.

Plan something like a play yourself. If he balks, and doesn't want to go. Then it's time to find someone that likes to do something besides watch dvd's.

You should make plans.. and tell him what your doing.. if he;s not then take charge. If he wants to be with you .. he will change his act and get his lazy butt up and do stuff with you. Good luck

don't complain about it until you initiate doing something. make the plans and have him come with you. he'll start to see that its fun and catch onto it.
