If you catch him looking at you when your are not looking at him then he admires your beauty. When you talk to him he seems very focus in what the conversation is about and is interested in you. Don't be pushy or easy let him pursue you but don't be to too reserved

Pay attention to the way he acts around you...does he make eye contact a lot, or look your way often? Do you find him lingering close by you a lot? Also, when sitting a person naturally directs their body toward the person of interest, so take notice as to whether or not he is facing you...if he doesn't do any of these things he may not be interested.
