You could actually be slowing down your metabolic rate if you are cutting your calories that low and still staying active. You need more calories for all that activity but if you go on Adkin's (I know - it's had a bad rap but if you READ the book you'll see there is a safe way to shift your body into ketosis where it will burn FAT because it has to) you can lose about 7 pounds per week. Sounds crazy and it's very hard to stay on but if you are determined to lose fat (and weight) it WILL work. Just be careful and follow the plan. Good luck!

I know you don't want to hear it but crash-dieting is NOT good for you and I can almost guarantee that if you did lose between 2-4/5 lbs per week, you would probably be able to keep it off for longer. 1200 calories isn't enough either for the amount of exercises you're doing. You're going to make yourself ill.

A lot of it depends on how much you have to lose, usually the more you have to lose ( like over 50lbs) the faster you are able to lose weight. You are talking about a pretty strict plan with plenty of exercise so I think it would be fair to say 20lbs or more. Again, that's depending on how much you have to lose though. If you only have 15-20 lbs to lose, than it may be harder, but still within possibility if you stick to the plan you have laid out. Hope that helps! Good Luck!

I have been working really hard to get a lean body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the great body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 15 pounds and 17 inches, 3 inches from my waist! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. I found out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is expensive but it works! You can get cleansing info at this website http://GetAnewBod.com

It depends. How many calories were you eating before? Every time you eat 3500 less calories, you lose 1 pound. So if you eat 500 less calories a day, you'll lose 4 lbs. in a day. Then, you can lose more with exercise, and here is a link to searh how much you can burn with different actvities. It even shows you how may calories you can burn by just sitting and reading!

They say that 3500 calories are equal to a pound. So if you figure just cutting calories alone it would come out to be around six and a half pounds a month. If you consider that Each time you burn about 200 calories ( just a guess) that would come out to be 800 calories a week, times four is almost another pound. I hope it was helpful, but please be carefull! Try drinking green tea to jump start your metabolism too.

It depends on your body and your weight now. And since your gaining muscle, your weight might not go down so much, but your body size will. Every 3500 calories = 1lb. So do the math. Id say you will lose a minimum of 15lb.

If your really doing all of that, I would say in 1 mouth probably 15 to 20 pounds, and if you continue, it would be about 10 to 15 pounds, you can do it!!!
