So..
There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.
Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.
In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.
A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org

It is worth a visit to the doctors just to check it out, as diabetics lose hair on the legs, and some skin complaints cause this too.

If you wear long socks or your pants rub on your legs during the winter, it will break the hairs off of your lower legs. May also happen to the thighs between your legs as well. Nothing to worry about. If your legs feel itchy, you may want to put some lotion on them during the winter months.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/5yEBx
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Okay, that spot is common for guys. It has to do with your socks, if you wear boots, etc. Something contantly rubbing in that area causes the hair to slough off. My fiance has this same problem. It will not grow back, but you can keep it from doing that anymore by wearing wide/staight leg jeans, low cut socks, and low cut shoes like tennis shoes.

Same thing happened to my husband. He had this since the service when he wore boots all the time. As if his hairs folicles were killed just above the boots. Its been many years and hasn't been a problem at all. He just knows its like that.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://biturl.im/aULSt While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

I've been losing hair on my lower shins and I've decided it's because I wear socks! Maybe it's a universal thing for guys who've worn socks for long enough.
