Nigerian 419 Scam!
There is only one lottery in England, all others are illegal. The lottery that is in England you can only win by purchasing a ticket, not by some random e-mail. This is a scam trying to steal your financial info so they can rob you of your money. Don't reply to it. For more info see:

No. I'm from England and haven't heard of it.
Few companies in the UK are called Inc.
It seems it is a scam - look at the link
