i am 4'8 and 13 years old.i am also 86 lbs and i want to be around 80 and i also want to have more muscles and less fat sooo........

Hun, don't worry about loosing weight! You are very fit already. If you want to gain more muscle, then start lifting weights, which will help you gain muscle faster and easier than running. Just enjoy being a kid and eating the foods that you love! I'm sure you're already very slim and healthy, so there's nothing to worry about.

But, to answer you question, yes, loosing 2 pounds a week would be a reasonable goal. Although 1 pound might be healthier for you to do.

Just eat healthy and run for fun and to keep you healthy! Don't worry about being fat, because you're not. :)

I wish I was as skinny as you! I need to do what you are doing. I'm 5'2 and 13 also, almost 14. And I weigh 115lbs! But my younger sister weighs like 125lbs. So i'm at least glad I dont weigh as much as her. I also need to lift some weights or do pushups or something because my arms are so weak and so are my legs. I cant run very fast or do chin ups ect. I say what your doing is fine. Also drink tons of water that should help flush your body out and get rid of extra fat. Also about a year ago I tried to lose weight also so I just ran non stop with my soccerball in our back yard (I did it with my soccer ball so it wouldnt look like I was running laps around the yard....(I didnt want my parents to be suspicious) Anyways I did that for about two weeks and I noticed I was stronger and a bit thinner. Then I stopped doing it because I have so much homework to do in 8th grade. Then after my homework I dont feel like doing anything but getting on the computer....So I will have to get motivated...Good luck.

i get your situation. i am also 13 and have had my experiences with losing weight. to lose 2 pounds, run for an hour 5 times a week and lay of off the fat stuff. maybe do a workout to gain some muscles. you go girl!!

sure, it's absolutely possible. But aren't you a little short for a 13 year old? I was 5'4" when I was 13. Actually, based on your stats, you kinda weigh a lot for your height. Maybe that's why you want to lose pounds.

wait on any weight loss, i know you don't want to hear it but you can effect your health as an adult, if you want to be less then just cut sweets if you drink coke-a-cola cuting back 2 with in a week is 1lb of weight and drink water. Exerses is good, but your not unhealthy at all.

Yes you can lose 2 pounds a week although you are very slim as is.
