You know, I'm going to say this first, there are little girls all over America and the world that are your age that are your height and all they want to do is fit in a size 5 jean, or a size 12. Now, I don't think you are bragging about your weight, and don't get me wrong, I like when people tell me I look skinny, but honestly, why would a pair of jeans from some cheap store that will either rip in 3 weeks, or go out of style in 3 days be so important that you want to lose weight?
never the less, I'll add in some advice. Check your BMI, height in inches divided by weight. You need to find a correct/up-to-date BMI chart and see your per cent, then you can read online on how much weight to lose.
but truthfully, you shouldn't try to lose weight for a kids size in jeans, your 14, you should be trying to get in the sizes older girls wear, not little kids. You don't want to look disgusting now, do you?

I'm the same age and height but I weigh 101 pounds and fit into a 14, sometimes 12. For jeans and sweatpants, I fit a 14 but for shorts and skirts, I fit a 12. Just excercise daily, drink TONS of water, eat healthy (I have bran/whole wheat cereal for breakfast with some orange juice; at school I have a water, salad and some fruit for lunch; and for dinner I have salad, milk, a meat group item, a vegetable, and sometimes a crescent roll or bisquit.) But remeber to maintain a healthy appetite, excercise routine, and sleeping schedule - don't eat not enough, don't excercise too much, and don't sleep not enough. These are all important and healthy ways to losing weight.

Don't loose weight to fit into those jeans. That's dumb, you are at a perfectly healthy weight now and you don't want to start yourself down the path of an eating disorder, as they are NOT fun and could kill you. AND since you are only 14, you could grow taller and you would look anorexic.

You dont need to lose wieght But you need to realise you may never fit into KIDS jeans again. I am slim but i cant fit into them cause i have slightly wider hips because i am also 14 so you can be happy with your size
