do not shave the tattoo until it is completely healed. until the skin is normal texture and looks like the rest of your skin. just shave around it.

You should wait until its FULLY healed before you shave. Until then, shave around the area, but don't get too close to the tattoo

NO you want to wait until its fully healed...and its done scabbing....if you pick at the scabs or shave them off...it takes ink along with it. just keep on rubbin either some unscented lotion like Lubriderm, Cocoa Butter...or tattoo salve until its completely healed, then you can shave and scratch all you want...lol

DO NOT shave it yet or even scratch it if you can help it. Keep the lotions on it until healed.

No, you can not shave it because it it going to irritate your skin. I got my first tattoo when I was ten and I'm now twelve it's been two years now and I learned the hard way.

did the person who gave you the tatoo specify if you could?
if so
follow his or her directions
if not
i think you should wait another week or two
depending on where it is located
lastly
you should call the place you got it done and ask
