I really like this guy, but am too shy to tell him face to face. I am 12, almost thirteen, and he is 13, but in my grade. We have homeroom and language arts together. What are good ways to flirt and get his attention? What do 7th grade guys like to see in flirting by a girl? Answers please!!!!!!

In my opinion and experience from what i've seen, I really wouldn't date in middle school. No one has quite developed their personalities and habits and a semi-maturity level, and trust me, people change quickly before they enter highschool.
But if you want to insure a future of possibilities, I would be friends with him right now, just introduce yourself and see how he is.
If he's great, great! wait a little while, make a move..Don't rush things and don't let him rush you at ALL.
If he's not your guy, than fine. There's more fish in the sea.

You're too young to be flirting. It's okay to have a crush and for him to know but flirt. Flirting can be annoying to a 13 year old boy. He might get embarrassed and then he probably won't talk to you at all. If you want him to know that you like him, simply tell him. He may respond positively to that rather than flirting in front of yours or his friends and him getting embarrassed. Be discreet.

Try to talk to him, just friendly. Especially at lunch. The road to a man's heart (especially at 13) is through his stomach. If you had "accedently" gotten extra food every day and offered it to him, he would keep you around. From there, get to be friendly with each other, then you can feel comfortable asking him to go out.

u want to let him no u lik him without tellin him u lik him bc then it gets weird , trust me WEIRD
when u talk to him look into his eyes and every now and then lightly touch his sholder
and it depends on the guy u lik

If you're too nervous to talk to him, then you shouldn't even be thinking about dating yet. If you're going to have grown up feelings, you need to act like a grown up.

ok well i have the same problems . what you do is go up to him and make conversation don't act cocy or anything then by starting out as friends mabe somthing could pop up .

just be yourself around him. don't try too hard because then its obvious. if he's going to like you for who you are, then good, but you may as well be straightforward from the start.
