lets see:
if she is the one who broke the other one, then she is telling u that she will smash the other one because you are getting on her nerve. she is feeling like showing you how mad she is by breaking ur other cheekbone. so be careful.
If not, then there must be a reason why she is asking u (out of blue) how it feels like to have both cheekbone broken! the reason might be (not sure) she just wants to know how it feels if not then God help u!
let me know if she did it or................

I would assume the latter but i don't know. Ask her, im sure she wont get offended if you thought she was saying about breaking your other cheekbone, most people would laugh and be sympathetic

I'm guessing she's asking you if you ever experienced a broken cheekbone already but maybe you should ask her to clarify.
