Wickedness, injustice, grief, pessimism, trouble, loneliness, fear, stress, frustration, distrust, unscrupulousness, anxiety, rage, jealousy, resentment, drug addiction, immorality, gambling, prostitution, hunger, poverty, social corruption, theft, war, struggle, violence, oppression, fear of death… News about these issues appear in the newspapers and on TV every day. The popular press devotes entire pages to these subjects, while others serialise articles about their psychological and social aspects. However, our acquaintance with these feelings is not limited solely to the press; in daily life, we, too, frequently come across such problems and, more importantly, personally experience them.
People and societies endeavour to liberate themselves from the distressing experiences, disorder and repressive social structures that have prevailed over the world for long periods

We only need to glance at ancient Greece; the Great Roman Empire; Tsarist Russia, or the so-called Age of Enlightenment, and even the 20th century-a century of misery which saw two world wars and world-wide social disasters. No matter upon which century or location you concentrate your research, the picture will not be appreciably different.
If this is the case, why haven't people succeeded in solving these problems, or at least some efforts been made to remove such social diseases from society?
People have encountered these problems in all ages, yet each time they have failed to find any solutions because the methods they employed were inappropriate. They sought various solutions, tried different political systems, laid down impracticable and totalitarian rules, stirred up revolutions or subscribed to perverted ideologies, while many others preferred to adopt an indifferent attitude and merely accepted the status quo.

In our day, people are almost numbed by this way of living. They readily believe these problems to be "facts of life." They picture a society immune to these problems as being nothing short of impossible-a dream utopia. They persistently and openly express their distaste for such a way of living, yet easily embrace it, since they think they have no other alternative.
The resolution of all these problematic issues is possible only by living by the principles of the "true religion." Only when the values of true religion prevail can a pleasant and tranquil scene replace this gloomy and unfavourable picture, which is doomed to continue so long as God's limits are ignored. To put it another way, people are enslaved by these complications as long as they avoid the values of the Qur'an. Put simply, this is the "nightmare of disbelief" and the link below for this wonderful book:

you will find how the regulation of life by the "norms of morality" introduced by the Qur'an revealed to mankind by God will banish the "nightmare of disbelief," how pessimism, corruption and social restlessness can be eliminated from society, how the individual can surround himself with an ideal environment, what spiritual and material benefits he is likely to attain by adherence to these norms of morality are gone into in detail, and finally, that the unique alternative to all these problems is the morality of the Qur'an.
So far, many books have attempted to deal with the social and psychological problems societies face. Yet, what distinguishes this book from others is its stress on the most realistic solution. It also sincerely warns people against the troublesome future they are likely to face if they fail to resort to this solution.

ummmmmmm, what was the question again?

Anyhow, I think you need some Prozac dude! I think that there were always problems in the world like this, they just weren't publicisized as much as they are now. Most things were kept quiet, or you didn't ask about other peoples affairs, it was rude. Personally, I think that most of that stuff doesn't matter. Just take a chill pill, and only worry about what directly relates to you or your family.

I'm personally on a quest to help out our planet by using as many earth firendly products as possible and recycling and donating things I don't use anymore, and just trying to be a good human being.

You really do need to relax though for real and my bet is that you have anxiety and you should probably see a shrink or smoke a joint. Go to the shrink and b**** about this S*** , cause quite honestly most people today know that our society is messed up and there's not a whole lot that ranting and raving like a lunatic is going to do about it. Maybe you could just go on strike from all of this and go be a monk or something.

Remember: P R O Z A C!

Folks have no purpose. They have to find a purpose and focus. Why do people feel compelled to feed their mind and body with toxins? We have the ability to change and grow but the people of this world would rather sit and blame others for where they are. Convince themself that thier having fun. Our home is a business, and many want to run their business from a bar stool. We can only receive when we are willing to give totally of ourselves with out condition. Human love is conditional, we are a fallen people.
There is true HOPE...
You've got to be before you can do, and do before you can have. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not and act, but a habit. The REAL opportunity for success lies within the person, not in the job. Dreams are extremely important. You can't do it unless you imagine it. Difficulties increase the nearer we approach the goal.
I find it easy to get to the top after I have gotten through the crowd at the bottom ! The choice is ours to make each and everyday. We should love history because they have walked paths and drawn us a 3-D map to take. We see the accomplishments of those around us but don't have a clue the story of how they got there !!

I'm not sure what you are asking. However, I agree that only God can restore mankind to sanity. All the methods mankind has used failed, as they have always done it on their own, leaving God out. God said he would give man a chance to rule themselves, without him, and that started in 1914, and since then the world has been different. If you read 2 Tim. 3:1-4 you will find the attitudes that man now expresses in their daily life. Therefore, their love for God is not real, as they think their opinion is right. Just like in the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve decided they had the right to choose what was right and what was wrong, therefore the only thing they could give you and me, exactly what we have "sin and death" with wickedness, wars, sicknesses, etc . this was the promise God gave Adam if he chose to not listen to God. However he does gives us hope,(Genesis3:15) when Jesus was on earth, he gave us a model prayer, and in that prayer he is telling us to sanctify Gods name,(which a lot of people either don't know, or chooses to not use) and for his will to be done on earth as it is done in heaven. Therein lies the hope for all mankind. Doing Gods will instead of our own; giving us the hope to again live on earth in a paradise. Otherwise, why would Jesus say in his model prayer, "his will be done on earth", if everyone is in heaven, why would his will have to be done on earth?"His will certainly isn't what we have now, we know this for sure because of where he put Adam and Eve after he created them. A beautiful garden.
Just something for you to think about!

too long for me...
hmmm i forgot the question...

religions DONT make problem, acually EVERY religion is good and if you accually learn and understand it you will find great thing in it, most dont know the muslim religion but accually there great things in it just like in Judaism and Christianity and others.
the real reason is us (me and you), if you think that in ancient rome greece or any other golden age you never heard about was perfect you are wrong. its our nature to make things bad.

all of times there the poor, mid class and rich.
even after the french revolution the rich raise again.
did you know that prostitution is the oldest job in all time, its our nature.
many wars start because of nature needs such as water and some just to gain more glory by conquering.

its not easy to find a man who doesnt scare to die, even those who will act like rambo until they die afraid of death.

time change, technology and the way of living change but at the end of the day we are all the same, everywhere in the world and anywhere in time always leaders and poor, rich or any others exist.

its not nowdays, its ALWAYS.

the fanatic religious people, terrorists and such are not what the religion is creating, dont blame the religion blame the way >some< people use it.

one more thing, i dont want to offend anyone but in my opinion i see to much people mention god alot, like he is doing everything all the time, as far as i know its bad to devote yourself TOO MUCH to good, a man also need to take care of himself god helps to those who help themself. believe it or not, not everything was mention in the bible or by jesus (i dont believe in jesus anyway, historical view all he wanted is to make some reform in the judism, not create new religion (just like many old jewish cults), he lived and died as a jew. accually (paulus created the christianity by removing the jewish commandment so others will join the religion (the jewaism is hard religion to follow).

little history lesson (: i guess you know it already.

Right way, wrong path. You seek the dark in man. is it not surprising that you have found it? for every ying there is a yang. to free your self from the darkness you have searched for,you must look for the good in mankind. it is not as seductive as the evil you are looking for. but if you look to your Faith with hope, not despair. i think you will find contentment .

Most societies are suffering because of greed and man's idiotic stupidity that says man's laws are more just than God's. ie. Legal systems are more ignorant and cause more problems than what they solve because egomaniacs are in charge of abusing people.

I think it is because people are so focused on material things and they dont get satisfied with what they have, they have what they need but they still want more. this lead to all those things you have mentioned.
