Meat is the only source of what is called 'balanced protiens.'

Beans, avocado, and other vegtable sources are almost entirely 'unbalanced protiens.'

The balance is critical to the way your body metabolizes the protien. If you are a vegetarian you know that you need more than one type of bean to create a balanced diet of protiens.

Eggs are a great source but I am not sure if the are balanced or not.

Also try penut butter, my personal favourite. But nuts of all kinds are great sources

Proteins from meat and eggs are complete proteins. Vegetable proteins will need to be combines in order to get the same benefit - which most ethnic receipts do with beans and rice etc.
