id say he liked you.
and he made the effort to get your number from your mate.
most guys cant be bothered unless its handed to them on a plate as it were.
take it as a compliment.
enjoy it for what it is at the moment.
see how it goes, you never know it could be the real thing or a load of old cobblers....
only time will tell....

You can believe him but realize that it will be proven over a lifetime. Do things together as friends and see how it goes. Once you know each other very well, you can make a decision together as to whether you want to take it further than friendship and actually try a relationship. Don't rush that. Don't have sex until it's done.

Since you talked for a long period I would say you can beleive him.
Just from that one conversation, he may have gotten a good vibe from you.
You never know what might come from this, so why not?
Sometimes to get the best fruit you have to go out on a limb.

with a reserved yes.. we like people on first meeting or not, right or wrong? you like him id say so why shouldn't he like you? the friend who gave your number to him! was she/he pissed? do they know him otherwise? id never give a mates no: to a cabbie (taxi driver) or bloke who begged for it on first meeting, id ask for his no: to give to her. if you meet him take a mate but don't tell him he/or she is coming. think safety first, don't be on the news headlines!

It's hard to judge anything based on one meeting. He may really like you based on the brief encounter. But he can hardly know you yet.

Yes, it is possible to like someone very quickly, but I would be careful trusting any advances based on that evidence.

Don't confuse like with love. It's possible to like someone very quickly, but love takes longer to develop.

no i wouldnt thought so.. he probably likes the way the look and would like to get to know you more he hardly knows you, but of for it meet easchother more and see wot happens
