basically no 2 people are exactly alike. we are unique, thus our fingerprints are unique. Identical twins tend to be mirror images of each other; their fingerprints are mirror images of each other as well.

identical twins do have the same finger prints so long as one has not hurt the fingers like a scar on them.

identical twins have iedentical fingerprints. trust me. and finger prints are unique because there are trillions of different alleles, or ways, for a fingerprint .
