I dont need to lose weight, I just need to get rid of flab. Will walking daily help me?

yes power walk .. u walk at a faster pace with your hands moving side to side

Walking will help... but if you really want to just get rid of flab, you need to tone. Pilates is good and not a lot of stress on your body. Weights are good too... using low pounds with more repititions will tone, higher pounds will bulk you up.

It does for me. It burns fat and the reason why people look flabby is because of the excess fat over the muscle.

Try walking with a bit of incline and using your arms.

Also eat healthy. I know that is not what you want to hear but it is the cold truth.

I lost 12 pounds in the last 3 weeks by doing that.

Keep it up and you will see results in no time!

Yes it helps tone the body. Working out and lifting weights also help

Yes! Try to get your heart rate up and keep it up for 30 mins - you lose the most fat when you do it that way 3 or more times a week! Good Luck!

Yes walking tones up your body you burn calories,you might not lose pounds but you will lose inches.I know that helps me.

ABSOLUTELY!!!! I love walking. It also increases heart rate and blood flow and that helps you to get oxygen in your head and helps you to think better. It also makes endorphins which makes you happy and helps you handle stress better. Walking really helps. If everyone walked after they ate, they would be slender.
