There are ideal weights for you so you are healthy but only you can decide what makes you feel not fat.
Just eat healthy and try running or swimming or elliptical machine. Make a few small changes with your eating. Keep doing the cardio. The website iVillage.com has this knew plan for the new year in the diet/fitness section. Everyday they email you a small task to do to get on track to fitness. You may want to try it or just read some of the articles on their website. Eventually you will find what works for you.
Good Luck and Congratulations on the wedding!

I am 5'9, 125 so I think that 130 would be a perfect weight for you. I understand with the bread and sauces- I never feel like I can have enough, because it is so good! Drink lots of water to help you feel fuller, and eat lots of fruit. They fill you up while having a low calorie content. Good luck!

If you're a fit 5' 10" and 150, everything is fine and losing the weight may be harmful. I would recommend that you stop looking at scales, and focus your attention on staying fit regardless of the number that pops up on that stupid scale. Here's what works; 1. Keep exercisizing, you could increase the frequency and intensity, but what you're doing is very healthy; and 2. Eat sensibly and frequently. this is what works. You're ideal weight is the one where you're physically fit -- it isn't a number.

CONGRATUALTIONS ON THE WEDDING!!!!
Well 150 is the correct weight for you, I have a lare frame and weigh 158 so ure good there. I talked to a nutritionest and he said the most I want to lose is 10 lbs (I do a lot of cardio) and he said I'd look too lean.
Just get a corset top for your dress. That'll be plenty enough. ;-p
But really ure fine, enjoy the rest of ure life.
~~~!HAPPY NEW YEAR!~~~
Try not to be inconistent with your eating. Starving and piggin out is the worst thing for dieting or losing weight. Your body gets confused - and it stops burning excess calories to conserve them for when you starve yourself. BAD IDEA.
Total your calorie intake and then cut out 300-500 calories every day until May (also keep up your exercise).
If you can give up 1 thing (like SUGAR, red fatty meat, desserts) you will be amazed what you will lose. Also eat more FIBER ~ it fills you up but is eliminated easier.
just make your eating more consistent and healthy and that is all you need to do if you are already exercising 4 times a week. and don't eat bread or sauces! you can do that until may to look good at your wedding....right?
A wedding is important, why not get a trainer? Don't lose too much though. You sound like you are fairly in shape as it is.
