i cant get adobe flash player to load it says it did but still cant use it?

You are not alone in this one. I have tried many times. As you said the movie shows and says the installation is complete. However when you go to watch something you get the same prompt that you new flash player. I was able to find a temporary workaround by installing a old version. However my problem is back.
