We think he has some pointer & beagle in him, he is a really good hunting dog, and he points his tail like a pointer does. But im not sure. Anyone?

Hi, Nice looking dog you have my son & I have one looks almost like him, ours is a Beagle/Boarder Collie we know this because we know the owners of both the sire & *****, Sire is a Beagle and the ***** is a Boarder Collie and ours tends to heard the other dogs and he goe's into a point and stalks. you have a good dog there take care of him.

It's hard to tell from that picture, but I would say there's some Pointer in there, but it could also be a mix of 10 different breeds. That's just my take though.

I would say English pointer and spaniel mix. I don't see much beagle in him.

um hi im a big fan of dogster but to let you know if you look up beside the name it says its breed its a pointer/beagle

It is a mutt and breed does not matter because it could have some or all of the traits and temperament of one or both of the breeds it is mixed with.

Looks like a GSP/Border Collie to me. It's not the best of photos though, I can't see his build.
