yes they can. any tumor in the breast tissue (which men have) is breast cancer. Women just have more tissue,glands, etc for cancer to get a foothold. But men do in fact get brest cancer.

my mother has breast cancer and when i was with her at the doctors office 3 men came in. I later founf out that all three had breast cancer. The doctor said that when a man finds a lump in their breast that they usually just shrug it off thinking "im a guy i cant get breast cancer". Then after they wait and wait to see a doc, it gets worse and is more difficult to treat because they dont act on it early enough

They can. I think 2% off all breast cancers are male (I am not completely sure about this percentage, but I think I heard the information somewhere).

men can get breast cancer because they have breasts they may not have mammary glands but they can still get breast cancer

yes they can, they got breasts, they just not developed like ours or called that way but yes, they can get it as well.
