I've seen some specality pet stores sell large raw rib bones in their frozen meat section.
But it must be the right size for your dog. Small bones can make a large dog choke. And anything too large for a small breed can strain her jaw and teeth.
It's probably best not to give it to the dog if you're unsure, and buy a proper chew instead. But you can investigate further into the matter.

Not a good idea. Especially if your dog has strong teeth. Even then, our dog is small and when we gave him rib bones to chew on, they splintered off in his stomach, it was horrible and really bad for his health. Get your dog a really hard chew toy and put a little gravy on it so your dog can still have a good taste and chew on something. Bones are not good for dogs at all, do not give them to your dog unless you want to have them end up really sick.

If they are raw, yes, if they are cooked no. Cooking removes the collegen from the bone and leaves only calcium making the bones hard and brittle. For more information on raw bones try www.rawfed.com

Only if they are uncooked. Cooked bones harden and can splinter in your dog's digestive tract. Always supervise the eating of any bone, making sure there's no gulping of large pieces or splintering.

No, my child gave our dachshund a bone recently, it got stuck in his throat. Luckly, I manage to get the bone out, before he choked to death.

Not if they are cooked. You should never give cooked bones of any kind to your dog.

No cos they sometimes swallow them whole, in fact you should not really give dogs any bones as they can splinter in the gut and cause a lot of discomfort and large vet bills.
By the way NEVER give your dog chocolate as even 2 small chuncks can kill them, chocolate is poison to your dog.
