seriously they use "bunn" (190 degree) water and a packet of swiss miss. i've been doing it for years

They have a vat in the back were they make all their food from. They even make their drink caddies from the same vat too.

well part of it is that they use whole milk, and possibly even some half and half.
If you did this yours might taste more similar to it.
