i stutter blush and try to advoid starting a conversation. Please help me

Man your 13 relax you have alot of time but be confident in your self and just rember one thing when your talking to a girl dont be scared becuase your going to get turned down 2 out of 3 times so dont be afraid to get turned down and dont stress just chill and talk
