Be polite, friendly and not afraid of her. This will impress her and she will she that you are a confident young lady.

You don't act like anything that you're not. Be kind, respectful, appreciative and genuinely sincere. Any front you put on will be seen right through and she will question your honesty and probably not think very highly of you at all. You're you and if you're not happy with that, change it. If you like you, then you haven't got a worry in the world when it comes to meeting "Mom".

Well if you want to make good with her and annoy the **** out of your boyfriend. Do as the mom does.
If the mom makes fun and tries to embarrass him then make fun along with her.
If she is proud of her son and speaks highly of him then go along with that and talk about how your BF handled a bully at school or something.
Afterwards joke with your bf about how much of a kiss *** you are to his mom and then end it with a "Well at least she likes me!" and smile

Just remember to respect her, and be nice to her son in front of her, and act like a lady and she should like you no problem.

I would say don't try to impress her. Be your own sweet self, the same self your bf says he loves, and if she's not impressed it's her problem.

just be yourself! I know, sounds easier said than done...but actually try it. I mean, don't go around swearing or making political or sexual references...but other than that..just have good eye contact, smile, and offer to help clean up after dinner or something.
