In addition to the recipes below, you do a pasta primavera, a ham and bean soup, or have the chicken or chops with some veggies and instant mashed potatoes. I've got some fabulous pasta recipes, but I'm not sure if you have any heavy cream.
Here are a couple of my chicken recipes:

pasta, ham and peas (green) or pasta, ham and broccoli
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and rinse well under cold water until pasta is cool; drain well.
Cut ham into 1/4-inch strips. Combine frozen peas or thawed broccoli (blanch your broccoli if fresh before adding), 1 1/4 cup milk, garlic, basil and pepper in large nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Add about an ounce of cream cheese; gently stir until blended. Add ham and pasta. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving. Garnish with red bell pepper strips and fresh basil, if desired.

Let's go with the chicken. Hopefully it's boneless, skinless, chicken breast.
A nice baked dish with breaded chicken, spinach, and cheeses that has a lot of flavor.Ingredients:
• 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese Cooking spray
• 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
• 4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 4 (1-ounce) slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, cut in half
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 8 (1/2-inch thick) slices tomato
• 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Combine spinach and cream cheese. Press spinach mixture into bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. 3. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally to make 2 cutlets. Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs. 4. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Arrange chicken over spinach mixture. Top with mozzarella, and sprinkle with oregano. Top with the tomato slices and Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Spoon one-fourth spinach mixture onto each of 4 plates; arrange 2 chicken cutlets and 2 tomato slices over spinach mixture.
Steam up some veggies, or just make a salad to go with it.

You have so many possibilities here... might I suggest typing in your ingredients at http://allrecipes.com and see what they have in store for you?
Click on Ingredient Search - to the right of their Search bar. Then type in: chicken, pasta. Or hamburger, veggies. (Just examples.)

Mexican Chicken with Almond-Chile Cream:
Look for ground ancho chile pepper in the spice section. If you can't find it, substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons regular chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper. Crema Mexicana is similar to crème fraîche but has a thinner consistency and sweeter flavor. Slice chicken and serve with flour tortillas and a tossed salad.
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 teaspoons ground ancho chile pepper
4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons crema Mexicana
Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
Combine almonds and chile pepper in a blender or food processor; process until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Place each chicken breast half between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; pound to 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt and black pepper.
Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm.
Add garlic to pan; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add almond mixture, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and broth; bring to a boil, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Cook until broth mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in crema Mexicana. Serve sauce over chicken. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 chicken breast half and 2 tablespoons sauce)
