They're both the same. A KILO of iron and a KILO of wheat even though iron weighs more than wheat. You would have to have loads of wheat but only a small amount of iron.

A kilo of iron weighs the same as a kilo of wheat.Imagine them on opposite sides os a pair of scales. They would balance out.
