Severe stomach cramps and stomach tenderness.
Diarrhea, watery at first, but often becoming very bloody.
Nausea and vomiting.

Any or all: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea (usually non-bloody), abdominal cramping.

Some people have very mild disease, some mush more severe to the point of dehydration.

Everyone has answered your questioned pretty good. I want to add that if you ever get E Coli...you will know it and if your lucky you'll live through it.
