If you can wait till summer or later it'll probably be Air Asia who are looking at breaking into the UK - Asia and Oz market. But then where are you flying from?

Any travel agent should be able to search for airfares and provide with you with the lowest fares they can find. You should be able to search any online agent or broker with dates to give you a feel of when to fly cheaply. Remember that the peak time for UK to India travel is December through to February, with the most expensive time being mid Dec to mid Jan.

try uzbekistan airlines or turkmenistan airlines.
neither are the most comfortable but they are amongst the cheapest or look in asian newspapers like des pardes they have loads of adverts.
