no it wouldn't. velcro has a hook and latch mechanism and is a lot stiffer than pubes. you won't get stuck together. it can't happen that way. but i did hear a story from work about a couple who got stuck together in a hottub, from the suction that they created. however as soon as the man's member died, they came apart
