I'm 20 in school full time, and she's 19 with a son she has to be with during the day (plus she works 4-5 nights a week). She liked me first (gave me her #) and we've managed to go out once right after christmas. I've talked to her on the phone alot and seen her at work (we work together once and a while). What to do? How to ask her out with such limited schedule?

Just let her know that you're really into her, and you would like to do something with her one night soon. You might have to compromise and take the kid too, or go to her house and have dinner and watch a movie. There are still plenty of things that you can do with a limited schedule and a child, you just have to be creative. Good Luck.
