Don't eat. I mean--eat but not alot. It'll come. Don't worry. Eating alot is not the answer. because right now in this moment in your life, Fat is not welcomed in your system. Lots of people would love to be you! But it won't last... Your body will soon give in to fat like a long ost puppy and you'll be so fat because you ate so much and it will be hard to be thin again.

I don't think this is a good idea for you to try to gain fat only because your girlfriends wants you too. If you are a muscular guy - it is only great, its a good thing. Why would you want to make your body less healthy? Muscles look way more hot on a guy! People pay all their money just to lose fat, why would you want to gain it? But if you really have to you can eat all the foods that are prohibited for strict diets - ice cream, white bread, lots of chocolate, all pastries, ham, potatoes, junk food, all high calorie foods.

Sorry, but I have to wonder about your girlfriend. Were you thin when you first started dating? If so, why the change in her attitude toward you now? It bothers me when I hear about people (male or female) that want their partners to lose/gain weight for them. They should accept you for who you are. I mean, I can understand if someone is concerned about their partner's weight for health reasons, but if it strictly has to do with looks, that's a different story.
If you are naturally thin, gaining weight by eating lots of junk is not a healthy thing to do (nor for anybody of any size). And then, what if you gain too much weight? Will she want you to LOSE weight?

muscle is heavier then fat and much more healthy, if your skinny its probably because you have a fast metabolism or you don't eat. If you really want fat just eat alot, to gain wait just make sure you eat when you are hungry and try to eat high fat/protein foods.

It depends on your body structure and where you want to gain weight. I know at GNC or Vitiman Shop they have some shakes that help you gain weight. My husbands brother used it and it worked for him. He also started eating lots of pasta and sauce. More Carbs usually help you gain weight. Just be careful not to over do it. You might gain too much and develop heart problems because your body can not carry the weight.

it's impossible to be thin & have a lot of muscle.
thin:
1. Relatively small in extent from one surface to the opposite, usually in the smallest solid dimension: a thin book.
2. Not great in diameter or cross section; fine: thin wire.
that being said, you probably need to start doing some resistance training and basically eating everything in sight.

This depends on your age, height and current weight. I have a hubby who is thin, but is totally muscled. He's currently at a low weight of 166, and is 5'11'. He looks better at 175, but it's hard to get him there, no matter how well I cook, or order in, or try to get him to eat sweets and snacks.
Check with your dr., he could refer you to a nutritionist; that would be the best way.

Force yourself to eat, eat, eat! NONSTOP. EVERY 30 minutes or hour, stuff your mouth with at least something. If you continue this, you'll gain like crazy. My recommendations: EXERCISE along with the eating. MeaT and Muscle, which girl wouldn't want that?! =)
