Where is a cat's penis?

My grandma has a cat who everyone is saying is a boy, but I don't see any penis... I'm just curious...

Sexing a cat is pretty easy. First off once you find it's anus youre doing good. If you look right below it and there's another hold its a female, otherwise in that same place you should see two tiny lumps, the testicles. Right below that there is a hole that is hard to explain, but in there is the male organ...try doing a search on sexing cats...it will give you pictures...try this link...
