throw the balls in the first place.....etc...start with one two or try to start with all three - BTW, I'd like to be compitent by Saturday!!!!!

I was taught this method and it worked very well: thirty years later I can still juggle.
First, toss one ball back and forth between both hands. Become good at this first. It might take a couple of weeks, but you want to be able to toss a ball back and forth between hands without really looking at it. THEN (and only then), two balls: toss one, then the other (not simultaneously.) Toss, toss, catch, catch. Repeat as much as is needed to get good at this toss, toss, catch, catch.
Juggling is merely doing this repeatedly with three balls.

I think danielpauldavis' method will work. The trick is, when you are working with three balls instead of two, you have to throw the ball you caught before you catch another one.
