Put the lamb steak in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and put it into warm water. This will gently warm the meat without cooking it much. The water will not make the steak piping hot but can easily warm it to the point it does not have that cold greasy mouth feel. This works best with meat that is cooked rare to medium.

if u got a microwave put the steak in a bowl put bout half a cup of water in the bowl cover it with a bit of cling film peirce a hole in the top and heat on full power for two nand a half minutes that should put some moisture back into it but make sure the core temprature of the meat is over 83 degrees or you might give yourself food poisoning
