I am afraid I do not understand the point of your question. Wrong sizes of what, clothes? Why would a parent do that? Please add a line of "details" to tell us what you are talking about.

I don't buy my kids the wrong size clothes because if I am going to buy something I want to make sure it is going to fit. It's dumb to spend money on something if it is not going to serve its purpose.

Why do you keep asking this question? This is weird.
Why the hell would you purposely buy the wrong size in the first place?

That's why I'm glad I don't have any. I have little cousins and I would never buy them the wrong size.

Not really sure what you mean by this, but my mother in law always buys the wrong size for my oldest. So it will conviently fit my youngest (also her favorite). It drives me crazy.

since kids grow so fast i have often bought my
childrens clothing at least one size larger than they
needed so they could get the most use from them
and they are more comfortable.
if you're tight on money it makes sense too.
