Suran Wrap across the toilet seat is always funny as long as you don't have to clean up the mess.
Temporary hair dye, like what they use at Halloween is funny while someone is sleeping.
Icy hot in someone's bra is always funny, just make sure she isn't wearing it while you put it in there.

I dont have a suggestion for a slumber party, but some of the things we always did to my mom when we were young was:
We called her at work, and told her that cat was stuck on the ceiling fan...then asked her if we should turn it on....she left work early and rushed home only to find me and my two sisters gigling!
Another year, we called her again at work, and told her that we got robbed. She nearly crapped, but we told her before she drove home.
--maybe you can use that, where is the slumber party gonna be? If its at your house, try staging a robbery or something and scaring the crap out of your friends.

Shaving cream all over their car then toilet paper it.If you have the money, send them an elephant( something a rich brother did to the other rich brother) Get a fake spider and pin it on a string above their head when they are sleeping. Un-screw the shower nozzle and put thick blue food coloring in right before they shower.Put jelly in one shoe.Unscrew cap to salt shaker.Give them a glass of vodka in place of water. I gotta go this'll drive me nuts

Call your boyfriend or parents in the middle of the afternoon, but call them collect! Once they accept the call. Draw up a whole story that you were disturbing the peace in some way and that you are in jail and this is your only phone call.

sure great glue their slippers to the floor, or to a threw rug, the falls from slightly brother might want to be great interesting to ascertain. For the grandparents, placed slightly food coloring in with there fake teeth why they're soaking contained in the little tubs. about 10 drops in each. eco-friendly teeth contained in the morning might want to be great! oh to sparkling then up, us vinegar and water.

put a rubberband around the spraying hose thingy on your sink (i hope you know what im talking about) and make sure it is facing frontwards, that way whoever turns on the sink, will get sprayed with water.
