Not sure, but my heart would say yes. "Heaven" is what you make it. If you want your pets to be with you after you pass, then I think that they will be.

No. I am sorry. Animals don't have souls. Only human beings were created in the image of God and have eternal souls.

It's a comforting thought. Not sure if it's Biblical, though. I think we'll all be amazed once we get there.
