are women higher risk at getting breast cancer than men getting testicular cancer? what is the ratio for both? i think its 1 in 3 women will get it at some point in their lives?

Very roughly. In the UK. About 50% of people pass away with cardiovascular disease, 25% cancer related diseases and 25% for other causes (RTA's, Infection, etc)

1 in 3 of us will be touched by cancer! This means that an exposure to cancer will effect a third of the population. Women are at risk mostly from the silent cancers - ie: cervical as symptoms can be masked until the disease is quite advanced. Prostate cancer is prevalent in males.

I think it's 1 in 4 in the UK for all cancers. But if something else gets you first, you may already have had it and not know e.g. I've also heard it said that all men get prostate cancer eventually

Don't know officially but it seems that everyone I know has been affected by Cancer - either themselves or their family xxxxx
