A Tele Tubbie? Its a kids tv show. My daughter loves them. It comes on PBS here

A Tellytubby is one of four fictional characters from the toddlers program Tellytubbies.
There was a purple Tellytubby named Tinky-Winky, who carries a handbag; A green one named Dipsy, who wears a cowprint hat; A yellow one named La-La, who has a massive orange bouncy ball; and a red one named Po; who has a scooter.
They all live in tellytubby land which is basically a land full of hills, talking flowers and huge rabbits...oh and theres a huge windmill in the center and the sun has a babies face in. They are talked to in proper English by speakers that appear out of the ground, but they only talk in Baby-Language. They live in a hill with a pet hoover named Noo-Noo and they eat tubby-custard and tubby-toast.
When the windmill spins they either run to the windmill and watch a kid talk about something boring on the TV's on there stomachs; or they have some sort of event or dance.
Basically it's a bunch of adults running around in huge suits laughing and talking gibberish.

a tella tubby is one of the characters from the baby show called tella tubbies. there are like 8 of them.
they are like weird little baby creatures.

It is a monster who has an antenna on its head and a television screen on its stomach. It can use these to pick up television for the other teletubbies to watch. They could grow many different colors of fur, and they are very primitive in speech. Four of the kinder teletubbies got their own television show, while the more rabid and wild ones are held in Area 51 captivity for testing.

A Sly insinuation of the homosexual agenda into Childrens programming. Or an innocent, silly, very colorful show that makes little children happy. I guess thats the expanation you get depending on whether you are a 50 year old Chrisitan zealot with too much time on his hands, or a drooling toddler whose brain is developing.

Telly Tubbies u mean? They're these guys that look like babies in a costume. they live together and each one is a different size, color, and has a different name. They have different shaped antennae on their heads and they all have a TV on their tummies. It's a children's show...like Barney.
