Question about Camcorder?

Question

Is it possible to record a camera footage directly to a computer? with a HDD camcorder? not like using a software and capture but a professional way with cables any way would be great.

Dv rack is a direct to disk capturing program. Google it, and you can get a free trial from their website. It only works with dv cams (but you knew that didnt you? and you DO have a miniDv cam dont you? :-) Hope this helps!
