Since you aren't quite fully developed into a women you you still have a couple years of developing to do. But at this time yes at 5'7" an average person should weigh around 130 but this is the standard national average. I am 18, 5'9" and weigh 130 and i am still underweight. I would say that a healthy weight for a person that is your height would be about 115-120. 5'8" would be about 120-125 and 5'9" 125-130 but still this would be skinny for most people but i say if you eat right and take care of your body then it really shouldn't matter.

Now, dont get me fallacious, you are most likely a healthful man, however it is be excellent to get larger and more potent! Put effortlessly to gain healthful weight expand (i am speakme muscle obtain) is to begin lifting weights and consume top calorie foods. You do not ought to "ditch your 6-%" so long as you retain your ab workout routines for the duration of your recreation! What I did is five days per week on the fitness center and aimed for 3000 energy an afternoon. 50% carbs 30% protein, 20% fats. Get a mass gainer protein powder if you're going to uncover it difficult to position on that many energy in an afternoon. Good success guy! I did it and placed on 30 lbs my first 12 months and 10 lbs the following 12 months.

According to weight charts - yes!
The questions you have to ask are: Do you eat enough (may be hard to assess yourself)? Do you eat good foods, not junk food? Do you feel healthy and not too tired, etc?

If the answer to all these is yes then you are probably fine, speak to a doctor if you are still worried as it is not good to be too underweight as you can suffer from illness, maybe not now but later on too.

That's pretty skinny. The real question is whether you eat or not. If you have a healthy diet then your weight is not that bad.

You are emaciated. Consult your doctor or dietitian.

You should see this website: it tells you what your body mass should be. I did the simple version but may be you should check the more exact version (depending on frame etc.)

Yes, I do. I mean if it's your fault. If you have a really fast metabolism then no, but if you purposely try to be that way then yes.
