Yes it does. Please remember though, most English-speaking people have very little early-years experience with other languages, so they have some difficulty learning new languages.

It will teach you some words and sentences pretty fast, as it is very simple and repetitve (same acitivity with 4 pictures). Nonetheless, it does not have any grammar so it is very hard to go beyond learning some useful words and sentences. If you want to actually learn a language, I recommend you try TeLL me More language software. I came across it through a site rating the various language software and Rosetta Stone was not in the top 3. http://learn-spanish-software-review.toptenreviews.com/

They say it does. Ultimately, if you're serious, you will learn. You never use what you don't need. Push come to shove you learn from a foreign national.
