Let Me Tell You One Thing.
If the work out is easy, your not getting anything out of it. dont be lazy. if you want to lose the weight you cant be a pussy about it.
I was a pretty chunky kid in 8th grade, cuz i put on a butt load of weight that year. My dad is amazingly in shape for a 50 year old man, and he helped me work out. We benched, curled, and ran like it was going out of style. We ran 4 days a week, and since he was my father i thought he would cut me some slack. I was .1 of a second shy of the goal, and i had to redo it. We would normally do 8 laps around the track. One mile in under 8, 1 half mile in under 3 45, and two single-laps under 2 minutes. In 6 weeks of doing that i lost around 35 pounds. He also helped me start eating better, switch to diet pop, and stop eating bad foods. That would be the best thing you could do. No such thing as an easy workout. If it was easy it wouldnt be called working out, it would be playing and having funning out. you need to be commited and work your *** off.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

i could suggest you a good diet but ti would take atlest a year and half or more to lose 70lbs its not that easy unless you want to do what the most celebs like Lindsey lohan or nicole richi do to lose weight but they are quite dangerous alot of health risk's but if you want to lose 70 pounds it takes atlest a year if you work really hard but since you are still young i would not suggest you ANY diets you need your vitamins and minerals the best way to do it is do your diet is in a inexpencive way i would say start eating small portions insted of eating a plate full of rice or big pice of chicken or meat eat it in a small portion if you get any carving for food drink fruit juice i would suggest tropican since they have no fat in them and then get in to activites any thing you like sports or anything you want if you cant then "steady jog" jogging at the place where your stading do it in front of your mirror with your fav music on do it atlest for 1 hour or so but remember eat healthy and you are still young and growing

I'm on the same boat, but i think no matter what diet plans u try none of them will work unless u really set your mind to do it and stick wit it.Execrise and eating healthy or just watching your fat and sugar intake will help. Its up to u.
