You don't stop growing until you are 18 or even older but no one is going to be able to tell you how much you will grow. I would guess not more than 2 inches though.

I think height is predetermined, it's coded in your genes, and to answer your question, you could grow 3-4 inches, but it's unlikely and uncommon. When I was 15 I was about 5'1, at 19 I was an inch and a half taller. I've read in a book titled "Surviving your 20s with savvy, soul, and style" that you can grow up to 2 inches (women can, men probably more) before you're 25. That's if you're lucky. If your mom or dad grew 3-4 inches after 15, you probably will too. But if your parents didn't, then you would probably take after them. Ask them maybe to find out. But most likely if you're 5'4 now you might end up being 5'5 at most, but I think you've already achieved your adult height.

Well i am 14 almost 15 and I am 5'4.5 inches. My mom was my height when she was in 9th grade and she didnt reach her adult height (5'9) till she was about 17 or 18. There is still a chance you can grow, it just all depends on Genetics and if you have anything out of proportion. For example my arm span is almost 5'9 so I will most likely catch up to it. Eveyone grows diffrently you can't always go by the avarage. And thoose shard pains in your knees, go to the Doctors, I have then two but I havent gone yet, but friends of mine who had them have osgoodslaughters(its not spelled right). Its when the growth plate grows faster than your muscles, in some people it causes a growth spurt. If you hadnt had ANY type of growth spurt yet, you have a chance of growing maybe 2-5inches taller. But if you have had one, dont expect to grow more than 3 inches taller.

well most of the time, you need to be 5'10 and if your already 15-16 i dont think your going to get 6 more inches. if you hadnt already had your growth spurt, and a minor one, then maybe your can grow 3-4 inches. but the most you'll probaby grow now is 2 in. max

ps: milk and sleep make you tall

pps: to get pale, ignore and stay out of all sun

Genetics determine how tall you will be.
In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.

Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.
These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.

* Increase trace mineral intake
* Increase lean protein intake its broken down into amino acids faster
* No smoking or alcohol or narcotics because these stunt your growth
* Water intake should be your weight times .55 in ounces pure water preferably
* Increase the amount of vegetables you take in, possibly drinking vegetable juices such as carrot
* Decrease the amount of simple sugars such as sodas or candy
* Moderate your dairy intake
* Increase the fiber intake - whole grains, leafy green vegetables
* Sleep between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am - these are optimal hours for growth
* Exercise regularly and stretch often - cardio and resistance exercise and stretch all your body parts
* Increase anti-oxidant intake to fight off free radicals we take in everyday in the air and water
* Think positive thoughts - mind can control the body in ways that no one can understand.

High-intensity anaerobic exercise such as our grow taller stretching exercises, swimming, and cycling are shown by medical researchers to force the body into producing significant quantities of human growth hormone.

Exercise-induced growth hormone (EIG) is well recognized physiologically, and is caused from acid-base balance, catecholamines, nitric oxide, and lactate. Of these, the main causes of human growth hormone secretion appear to be nitric oxide and lactate. Both of which are produced by resistance training.

Your goal during stretching is to apply resistance-training stretches that will yield high amounts of human growth hormone secretion. Human growth hormone will thicken the cartilage, increase bone density, and make you grow taller. This is why we cannot emphasize enough the importance of the intensity you need to apply with each and every stretch to grow taller.

This means that you have to exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes with great intensity to increase your odds of growing taller. The intensity you build must be enough to lactate into your muscles for height increase. This lactate will activate growth hormone secretion even after exercise, during normal rest periods for longer than 24-hours! Your body literally becomes a growth hormone manufacturing machine to increase the possibility of any height increase!

No other method, supplement, or technique can possibly yield better height increase results than stretching exercises. All you need is to perform our stretching exercises correctly and you will grow taller.
