I've gone 6 days without eating sugar but I want it soooo badly. Everytime I see a cupcake or something I wanna cry. I want my junk food back but I really wanna lose weight. Please help me!

dont do it ,go to the candy section and get sugar free candy or coffee with splenda that works for me sugar is trigger food walk away.6 days good on you thats great.

Almost every food has some kind of Sugar in it, fruits,veggies, ham,beef,snake ka-bobs whatever, is sugar in almost everything. Eat the cupcake, stop torturing yourself over nothing. But! then do some walking or excessive to burn off the fat and build muscle. I am a skinny little man that cannot gain weight if I try. I can tone and build muscles.
If diabetic or something, watch out and listen to what the doctor says. But look closely at the ingredients. Fructose is a sugar, Corn Syrup is a sugar, 1/2 of all most every food that is prepared and sent to a store has sugar, if not more.
I smoke cigs, are they gonna kill me, most likely yes, will I continue to smoke, yes, will I not die if I quit, not today, I maybe even might live an extra 3 or 5 years.
Look at that dude Jack LaLane, he was in great shape, ate pretty much what he wanted to, and exercised every day.
Once you lose the weight you are going to have that extra skin, so start exercising now and that way you lose weight,stay fit and are ahead in your quest.
Be happy, share the happiness and play a game of checkers with somebody.

It takes about 3-7 days for the sugar to burn out and be released from your muscles. Wait another few days and you'll start feeling better. Drink a lot of water.

Also, if you crave it, get some Stevia from a health food store. It's sweet, you can add it to coffee or something in the power form, but it also comes in flavors like Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon Drop, Vanilla Crème, English toffee and Valencia Orange to name a few!

You keep on shunning whole fruit... Why? Why don't you eat a fruit salad every day? It's nutritious and has natural vitamin C which helps you to metabolize iron for your blood.

Purchase a big bag of citrus... Oranges. Eat 'em every day!

Don't you dare skip eating healthy snacks to keep the fat off of your body. Eat lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't eat anything fried.

Stop eating sugar. Start eating fruit when you want something sweet or use a sugar substitiute instead of sugar.

dont cut it out compleatly or you wil go mad and get the shakes ,do it slowly and if the earge is too strong alow yourself a little ,,,and i mean a little just to get rid of the earge,,,then get very busy doing something to take your mind off it ,,,,if you tell yourself you vant have something you want it all the more ,,,,,use this as a treat for being good on your diet but dont give up all the good work its not worth it ,,,

You can have some junk food but every once in a while. It would be impossible to deny yourself.
