i have a mirror that i would like to frame with stained glass,
how do i glue it on,with silicone?

As long as you're using adhesive and not caulk, silicone would be just fine. You may want to go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's though for the leading kits so it will look like it came that way. They make them now without lead in them, but it completes the look.

I suggest you check out classes-- learn a new craft that may be the best thing ever!
Stained glass stores usually have classes-- tools are minimal if you do your work there-- and if you take the mirror-- they most likely will give you some tips-- it isn't hard to do-- but it is particular--
