We met at work and there was a lot of flirting between us and one day he called me and asked me if I have ever had unwork related thoughts about him, then he kissed me, then he totally backed off, then he started texting me saying that he wanted to take a shower with me and all of this stuff, then he totally backed off again now we continue to talk but just as friends, how could this guy go from lkissing me and planning to take a shower with me to acting like nothing happened. It seems like everytime I get him to start opening up to me, and feeling like he is he totally backs off. HELP

Uh, take a shower with you? What kind of person is he? You don't tell someone you want to "take a shower with them" after you just met them. He sounds like maybe he's just looking for a quick night, maybe you should be glad he's backing off. Keep your mind away from him and don't bother worrying. He sounds better as a friend and nothing more.

He's playing games, sweetie! If a guy can just ask you straight out if you want to take a shower with him, without trying to get to know you first, then he seems like the type who would tell everyone about your little steamy shower scene. Be careful with this one!!

If he's saying that to you at work that's considered sexual harrassment.
I would let it be. It's never good to date someone at your work especially if he talks about you like that. He probably has something else going on with other girls at work too so maybe he's just making his rounds. Date someone outside of work. He's messing with you. If he backs off, don't plan on it actually turning into something. When a guy wants something they usually go for it. But if he's changed his mind, that's probably why he's backed off.

all you have to do is talk to him maybe he is just that way and not worth your time but it seems as if he is haveing mixed feelings about you if you really like him and he really likes you then you need to figure why he's buggin' so much maybe you should find another guy cause he don't seem worth your time but you should talk to him about how you feel about how he's acting well good luck hope this helps

He is probably a commit-phob. Just let him know your intentions, especially if they aren't serious. Ease in to it, and talk about how things are going. Maybe he is afraid to mix work and play, let him know that with you, it won't be a problem.
If you like him, I hope it works out!

He is milking you so when he get you by yourself it will be that much easier for him to get your pants off. You have to be careful of snakes like that. Let me guess He likes to play touching games.
