OK so i am 15, 5 foot 5 in. and around 115 pounds. I am skinny but my stomach isnt flat like it should be. Ya so obviously this is my troubled spot where its hard to work out, and where all my fat goes to. I cant stand sitting down without covering it up with my arm or something. I dont know if its just me, but i cant stand it. helppp pleasee :(

Short of surgical procedures, there's not alot you can do to change your natural build. Remember, working out with situps doesn't mean your body will remove fat from that area. More exercises using the leg muscles may help get rid of that troublesome fat quicker. Of course, you are probably overly self conscious anyways. Trust me, if a guy(girl?) likes you he thinks you are beautiful just the way you are. No, I'm not just saying that, it's true.

Maybe work on your running. That will grow the leg muscles and burn the most fat, which can dramatically change your proportions in a favorable manner. But you sound quite pretty, so ease up on yourself.
